Image upload

  1. What is the largest size image I can upload?
    1. You can upload images up to XXMB.
  2. What type of images can I upload?
    1. We support uploads for JPEG (.jpg) and PNG (.png).

Mailing Lists

  1. Where do you get your mailing lists?
    1. We get our mailing lists from Acxiom, an enterprise data, analytics and software as a service company that uniquely fuses trust, experience and scale to fuel data-driven results.
  2. How fresh is the data?
    1. The data is guaranteed to be fresh for 90 days.
  3. What is the maximum number of addresses I can purchase?
    1. You can purchase a maximum of XXXX addresses.
  4. What is the minimum number of addresses I can purchase?
    1. You can purchase a minimum of 100 addresses.
  5. How can I filter my results?
    1. Currently, we offer the following demographic filters:
      1. Gender
      2. Homeowner vs. renter
      3. Estimated household income
      4. Specific property type (i.e., condo, townhome, single family home, etc.)

  6. Can I upload my own list?
    1. Yes; however, you must follow the template shown in the list builder console.
  7. Can I exclude previous addresses I've purchased before?
    1. Yes.
  8. What if I want to purchase a certain number of addresses in the area I designated?
    1. You can determine the number of addresses you wish to purchase in the list builder console. Keep in mind that the minimum number of addresses is 100.

My Account

  1. How do I add a photo to my profile?

  3. How do I update my account information?
    1. Click your name in the upper right corner to access your account information or to change your agent profile.

Ordering

  1. How do I reprint a previous order?
    1. Click on the portfolio section under Promote. This is where all of your previous orders (both printed and only saved) are located. You can either edit it further or add it to your shopping cart and check out.
  2. How do I cancel an order?
    1. Due to automated systems for order processing and digital print-on-demand capabilities used for order fulfillment, once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. The charge will be applied to the credit card used in the transaction. Refunds are not issued on orders once placed. The PDF preview that you accept when placing an order is representative of your order. You should take care to review all elements for accuracy prior to accepting the order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their uploaded file and Markit will not be held responsible for errors in the original file. Please view the Terms and Conditions for additional information.
  3. What is the minimum number of products I can order?
    1. The minimum varies depending on the product:
      1. Postcards 50
      2. Brochures 25
      3. Business cards 250
      4. Flyers 25
      5. Emails 25
      6. Property cards 250
  4. Is sales tax applied to my order?
    1. Yes, applicable sales tax for your order will be applied at the shopping cart.

Order Status, Shipping, and Tracking

  1. What is your shipping schedule?
    1. Orders for postcards, brochures, and flyers received by 1:00 p.m. (CST) will mail or ship the following business day.
    2. Orders for all other products will ship within 5–7 business days of receipt of order.
  2. How can I track my order?
    1. To track an order, login, click the promote tab, and select your order.
  3. What are the available shipping options?
    1. We offer standard shipping (5–7 business days).
